To judge or not to judge, that is the question!
Is it built in through our system to be judgemental?! For me I believe it is. I believe it's part of our nature to weigh every thing and everybody we meet in our path through life against some kind of reference we develop through our experiences. I believe it's non-nvoluntary action comes within our subconscious without any intervention from our side.

But the question here is, what are the motivations that push something like this weighing method with no part from our conscious mind.
Sadly the only answer I get is we judge to feel better about our sad selves. The subconscious part go through this method to prove to itself that x is worse than us in Y. That he is stupider than we are. Or she is sluttier than we believe to be.
So the judgment comes from low confidence part in our conscious/subconscious that need repeated affirmation that we are actually good people. We are more devoted believer than others or we have better more stable code of ethics. I look better than her and my behavior is way better than his.

Even worse, there is no way on earth to develop unprejudiced balance to weigh people or their actions accordingly. Of course every reference we develop will be biased by our experiences, our believes and our perspective of life. Which make us delusional even when we are trying to boost our confidence through damaging others' image in our own eyes.

So I believe it's the right thing here trying to stop this evil method. For the sake of our confidence we need to stop comparing our lives to others. Either we will get higher or lower position in this comparison. We need to stop analysing others behaviors, looks or ways of thinking to lessen the huge continuous stress this analysis put us in.

The mesaiah peace be upon him says in the sermon of the mount:
"For with whatever judgment you judge, you will be judged;and with whatever measure you measure, it will be measured to you."

Allah the almighty says in Quraan Surat Alnesaa' verse 94:
And  in surat Alisraa'

And in surat Alnour verse 15

I know it's way harder than it looks but we really need to do it my dear friends. For our sake before the sake of those unlucky to find themselves in our path
